European Structural Insulated Panel supplier with zero prior marketing infrastructure.

Panel Haus had a strong product and a growing pipeline but no marketing system to support it. No brand positioning, no solid social media presence, no strong CRM, and no team to run any of it.

In 60 days, I built the entire marketing foundation: brand positioning and messaging, redesigned website for conversion, social media operation across all platforms, Google Business Profile, an operation systems for vendors and stakeholders, and onboarded a Social Media Manager with a full 60-day roadmap, RACI matrix, SOPs, and ClickUp workflow.

As Chief Media Officer, I established and led media and communications strategy across international markets, built the digital presence, managed cross-cultural stakeholder relationships, and drove brand positioning across Asia and beyond — living in India for close to two years to mainstream international marketing and UN-recognized sustainability programs.

DYMTRUS operates four companies across wholesale and retail. When I came in, there were no documented processes, no RACI, no SLAs, and no structure for how decisions were made or how work moved through the organization.

I built the full operational foundation from scratch: organizational chart, end-to-end business processes across 10 workstreams, RACI matrix, SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, hiring framework, job descriptions, and exception handling protocols across all four entities, with ongoing executive leadership coaching.

Ikigai had a vision and a market but nothing operationally to support it. No systems, no team, no processes. The business couldn’t scale because it had no foundation to scale from.

As Interim CEO, I built the entire operational and marketing foundation from scratch: systems design, SOPs, team hiring and onboarding, and the marketing infrastructure needed to run and scale the business independently without relying on the founder for every decision.
